Employment at Evolve In Nature

Evolve In Nature is a small group practice in Boulder, Colorado offering trauma-informed care to adult individuals and couples. Working for Evolve In Nature offers you the opportunity to excel as a professional trauma-informed clinician by providing you with work-life balance, competitive pay, benefits, a supportive team, indoor and outdoor therapy practice settings, a private practice feel, exceptional supervision, and therapy training rooted in modern neuroscience.

At Evolve In Nature, we pride ourselves on providing excellent therapy to our community. Excellent therapy requires exceptional clinicians. In order to create this advanced practice setting, training and supervision are provided to all our therapists. Additionally, we periodically record sessions to foster a learning environment where clinicians can continue to grow and hone their skill sets. With that in mind, we model our interview process after these tenets. The interview at Evolve In Nature is a four-part process for clinical positions. After applying, the first phase is an inform, virtual meeting (15-20 min) to determine if we’re all on the same page for moving forward. The second phase is an in-person interview with both owners of Evolve In Nature. The third phase is a recorded mock session, and the final phase is a reflection process. The outcome of each phase will determine your invitation to the next phase. We are looking for clinicians who are excited by this model of support and growth - clinicians who are motivated to continue to become exceptional practitioners in service of the growth of others. If this is you, please apply by clicking on the link in the job listing below.
